2020 Mail In Board Election Results
CONGRADULATIONS TO ANDREA ANDREWS AND RICK SMITH FOR BEING ELECTED TO
HILAND HILLS BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Denver Fire Department can assess fines if the completed form is not on file in the Hiland Hills Office.

Spring is in the Air and we need your help!
The board would like identify Captains for each building. What would a building captain be responsible for?

●  Captains would communicate with their building neighbors on landscaping and beautification via email.
●  Captains would walk perimeter of building with neighbors and identify suggested projects and communicate those to the Board and Brad.
●  Captains would also help recruit volunteers to help work on and complete those projects.

We can’t do this alone and could really use your help. Please let Brad know by April 8, 2018 if you would be willing to be a building captain and/or volunteer to work on projects.

SAVE THE DATE: Hiland Hills Work Day is SATURDAY, MAY 19 from 8:30 am-noon. We are needing volunteers to help clean out, weed and mulch the garden areas that have been maintained by owners who have moved away. They include the garden area at the front entrance, west end of Building C and the east ends of Buildings H & J. For those of you that want a bit more of a workout, you can volunteer to help Brad and others spread rock around Building B to move toward completing that phase of Xeriscaping that building. The Board will provide water and sodas and muffins. So come join us and get your hands dirty for a bit and meet some of your neighbors. Email Brad at propertymanager@hilandhillstoa.com if you would like to volunteer or want more detailed info on what is needed!!
