There is a limitation on the number of rentals allowed. Contact office staff to add your Unit to the Rental Waiting List.
When you do rent:
Owners or tenants may utilize units only for residential purposes. (See Association Declarations).
No owner may lease less than the entire Condominium unit.
All leases shall be in writing.
Members who lease their property are responsible for providing information to the Management Company and/or the Board of Managers regarding the new resident. A copy of the lease agreement must be supplied to the Management Company and/or Board of Managers within thirty (30) days of signing. Leases shall be for a period of not less than six (6) months. The owner is required to provide a copy of the Hiland Hills Rules and Regulations to the holder of the lease.
The owners must provide the irrevocable right of access for each unit to the Board of Managers or its designee as may be necessary for the maintenance, repair and/or replacement of common elements or in an emergency situation.
Subleasing is not permitted.
The Association recommends the Unit Owner perform a background and credit check prior to signing a lease with a new tenant.
