Association Quiet Hours
10 PM to 8 AM Monday to Thursday and
11 PM to 9 AM Friday to Sunday

Our in-house security is non confrontational, which means that he will investigate suspicious activities and suspicious person wandering in the community and contact the local authorities if needed but will not personally deal with any dangerous situation or issues.

If you need in-house security to investigate suspicious persons or activities, call 720-941-6344 and speak to the Property Manager, at that time security will be contacted to respond.

​​Maintenance Emergency

If you have a maintenance emergency that is the responsibility of the Homeowners Association please call 720-941-6344 and report it to the Property Manager.  As a homeowner you are responsible for repairs inside your home and for drainpipes that solely service your unit (unless the issue is caused by tree roots).


​WHO'S RESPONSIBILITY IS IT?

Below are a few examples of who is responsible for the repair, for an exact and complete listing please refer to the governing documents:

ASSOCIATION'S RESPONSIBILITY

  • Roof Leaking (exterior repairs only)
  • Sewer back up - Mainline only
  • Tree fallen/broken
  • Sprinkler Line break
  • Carport repair or replacement
  • Security or Globe Lights
  • Clubhouse - including pool, restrooms and fitness center
  • Exterior fences (not including gates)
  • Snow and Ice Removal 

HOMEOWNER'S RESPONSIBILITY

  • Broken Pipes inside the home or utility closet(s)
  • Backed up sinks, showers or toilets (unless it is the mainline in which all units of the building are affected)
  • Appliances not working correctly
  • Wiring or electrical issues
  • Hot water heater repair
  • Windows and doors not latching or closing properly
  • Pests or rodents inside the unit


​If you are unsure about whose responsibility it is for repairs you can consult the governing documents for the HOA and or contact the property manager for further help and guidance.
