Maintenance Responsibilities

Below is a list of our most common maintenance requests in our community. To see a full list of the Association's maintenance responsibilities, please refer to our Governing Documents.

ASSOCIATION'S RESPONSIBILITY

  • Roof issues (exterior repairs only)
  • Sewer back up - Mainline only
  • Fallen Tree/limbs
  • Sprinkler Line break
  • Carport repair 
  • Security or Globe Lights
  • Clubhouse issues (including pool, restrooms and fitness center)
  • Exterior fences (not including gates)
  • Snow and Ice Removal 

HOMEOWNER'S RESPONSIBILITY

  • Broken Pipes inside the home or utility closet(s)
  • Backed up sinks, showers or toilets (unless it is the mainline in which all units of the building are affected)
  • Broken appliances (e.g. air conditioning) 
  • Wiring and electrical issues
  • Hot water heater repair
  • Windows and doors 
  • Pests or rodents inside the unit
