Payments SHOULD NOT be mailed to our office address. If they are, processing will be delayed which could result in late charges and/or interest being charged to your account. Payments should always be sent directly to the P.O. Box address listed above. Checks should always be made payable to Hiland Hills TOA, not to LCM Property Management or else processing will be delayed.
Never send cash. Always enter you account number on the memo line of your check. Your account number can be found on your statement or payment coupon.
