ASSOCIATION'S OBLIGATIONS

  • Carport repair 
  • Clubhouse (pool, restrooms and fitness center)
  • Exterior fences (does not include gates)
  • Fallen Tree/limbs (outside unit fences only)
  • Roof issues (exterior repairs only)
  • Security and Globe Lights
  • Sewer back up - Mainline only
  • Sprinkler Line break
  • Snow and Ice Removal 

HOMEOWNER'S EXPENSE

  • Appliances, including AC units and water heaters
  • Broken Pipes inside the home or utility closet(s)
  • Electrical
  • Gate repair
  • Pests or rodents inside the unit
  • Plumbing (excluding the main sewer line)
  • Skylight repair
  • Trees inside unit fences
  • Windows and doors (Board approval required)

Do I need approval from the Board?
