HOMEOWNER'S EXPENSE
Appliances, including AC units and water heaters
Broken Pipes inside the home or utility closet(s)
Electrical
Gate repair
Pests or rodents inside the unit
Plumbing (excluding the main sewer line)
Skylight repair
Trees inside unit fences
Windows and doors (Board approval required)
