I lost my mailbox key. How do I get another one? Mailboxes are serviced and owned by USPS. To order a new mailbox key, you must order one through the USPS office located at 8700 E Jefferson Ave, Denver, CO 80237.

Do I need Board Approval? Board Approval is required for all architectural changes to units and common areas, such as:
1. Satellite Dish Installation (click here for application) 2. Deck Installation (click here for application) 3. High Efficiency Furnaces (click here for application) 4. Window and Doors (click here for application) 5. Changes to the Common Area, e.g. adding/changing existing plants, rocks, canopies, etc. (click here for application)
When is the next Board of Directors meeting? 1. Board of Director meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month in our Clubhouse at 7pm. Our meeting dates can be found on our project calendar.
2. Our annual meeting is typically held on the last Sunday in June. Our budget ratifications are often held a week before. Notices of our annual meetings are sent by USPS from LCM Property Management postmarked a minimum of 15 days before the annual meeting as required by law.
I am looking for a vendor to help me with a project. Who do you suggest? The following list is a compilation of vendors fellow residents have used for their work projects; however, homeowners can choose any vendor they wish to do work at their unit and are not obligated in any way to use the vendors listed below.
